Face: Skin Resurfacing

Skin resurfacing treatments include deeper chemical peel, dermabrasion and laser application. Resurfacing is a more intensive procedure and may require additional preparation or recovery time. It is most appropriate for deeper scars and imperfections or moderate to severe sun damage. These treatments all work by removing the outer layer of skin so to reveal a newer, healthier skin beneath. Your surgeon or aesthetician may recommend multiple treatments for the desired results.
